Dimensions in Tadley is seeking a Female Support Worker to join a friendly home supporting five adults with learning disabilities and autism. You will assist with personal care, medication administration, meal prep, and daily activities, while promoting independence and a welcoming environment.

The people you support enjoy music, movies, crafts, swimming, outdoor trips, hands‑on cooking and social activities. Your responsibilities will include personal care, medication, manual handling, meal prep, emotional support and maintaining a welcoming environment. You'll help people build confidence, express themselves and live meaningful everyday lives. We are looking for support workers confident to drive transit sized vehible.

Shift Patterns

• Long Days: 7:30am - 10:00pm
• Sleep‑ins: 10:00pm - 7:00am (paid to sleep)

Rotas are issued in advance to support work‑life balance.
