What You’ll Do:

As a Support Worker, you’ll be supporting service users that are primarily verbal, have acquired brain injuries, learning disabilities, physical disabilities and challenging behaviour within a rehabilitation-focused environment.

Your duties may include:

• Providing compassionate personal care – Assisting with dressing, mobility, and daily tasks.
• Encouraging independence – Supporting service users to engage in physical and social activities.
• Promoting well-being – Helping clients stay active through mobility support and engaging activities.
• Ensuring a safe environment – Following care plans and maintaining a high standard of care.

The shifts for this role can vary across days and nights with full training provided.
