Children's Support Worker (Experience Required)
Contract: Agency/Flexible - often long days or wakes
Pay rate: £13 - £16.50 with additional holiday pay. (Rate of pay dependant on experience/qualifications)

Are you an experienced children's support worker looking for additional/ad hoc work around your permanent role OR maybe free full time but wanting flexible work? Then look no further!
Your role involves delivering support to children and young people by meeting their emotional, social, physical, and intellectual needs within residential homes and the community. You will work with personal plans to support positive experiences while respecting boundaries and routines. The role may require working 1:1 or 2:1 with young people, often supported by other staff members.
Participation in daily activities is required. A driver with access to a vehicle is preferred but not essential. Key skills include attention to detail, great communication, and resilience. PBM training or equivalent is preferred, but free training and certificates are provided.
It is essential to have at least 6 months UK-based care experience working with children and young people.
