Job summary

M&D Care in South Wales is seeking compassionate Support Workers to join Specialist Residential Services across South Wales. You will help adults with complex needs and autism live meaningful lives in welcoming homes.

We welcome applicants from any sector and provide comprehensive training, progression pathways, and benefits after probation. The role requires flexibility across a rota, including weekends, and a commitment to safeguarding and dignity.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence

What You will Be Doing

Every day will be different, but your role may include:

• Supporting people with daily living activities

• Maintaining accurate records and reports

Essential
