M&D Care in South Wales is seeking compassionate Support Workers to assist adults with learning disabilities, autism and additional support needs in residential services. You’ll help individuals live independently, participate in activities, and build confidence with support on a daily basis.

You will support adults with learning disabilities, autism and additional support needs to live fulfilling, independent lives within a supportive residential home environment.
