Voyage Care in Poole is seeking a caring Support Worker to help people gain independence and assist with daily living. You will work within a friendly team to support a group of people in a supported living setting.

This role requires a full manual UK driving licence, resilience, flexibility and a calm, compassionate approach. DBS checks and references are required for all applicants, with a focus on making a positive difference.

Support Worker – Poole - £13.28ph

Typical Shifts are: 10am - 10pm, 3pm - 10pm, 7am - 6pm, 10am - 3pm including every other weekends and sleep-in shifts.

As a support worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!

Our supported living service in Poole is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities.
