Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Support Worker in the North East. The Support Worker will be responsible for providing assistance to young people, fostering positive relationships, and ensuring their safety and well-being. Daily tasks include engaging in shared activities, facilitating communication, and working with other agencies to support integration into community life. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a safe and stimulating environment and addressing any support needs that arise whilst promoting independance.
