Mears Group PLC is seeking compassionate Support Workers in Wishaw and surrounding areas to help people live independently. You will provide day-to-day support at home and in the community, promoting dignity, respect and wellbeing.
Work involves personal care, daily tasks and social activities, with shifts covering daytime, evening and night. You’ll join a supportive team dedicated to improving lives and enabling service users to maintain independence.
Hourly rate: £13.72
Location: Wishaw
Contract: Zero-hour contract. 12 hour shifts available, to cover daytime, evening and nightshifts.

In this role, you’ll help people live independently by supporting them with daily tasks, personal care and social activities at home and in the community. You’ll be part of a caring team that treats every individual with respect and compassion.
