Lifeways in Studley is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join Avon Place, helping people live independently within a close-knit community. The role offers £13.10 per hour, 37.5 hours per week, on a rota with early and late shifts.

Shifts: 7am-2.30pm/2.30pm-10pm

Your Role as a Support Worker

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting with daily routines such as cooking, personal care, and household tasks
• Encouraging participation in hobbies and community activities
• Promoting independence and building confidence

• Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with the wider team
• Driving company vehicles to support individuals with outings and appointments

This service is located near Stratford-upon-Avon, a historic and picturesque town with links to Shakespeare and a popular tourist destination.

Please note: You will be working on a rota basis, and shift patterns are assigned—you will not be able to select your own shifts.
