CareTech is recruiting Multi- Site Support Workers to assist across our Stoke-on-Trent Supported Living Services, delivering person-centred care for individuals with mental health needs, learning disabilities and autism. The role requires a compassionate, professional approach and the ability to work across several sites with a flexible schedule.
The role involves assessing needs, planning and delivering care, keeping detailed records, and collaborating with carers and senior staff to ensure
Location: Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire to work across Oakwood, Haywood and Eversley.
Permanent | 30 hours per week | 6 hours per day flexible based on service need to include Weekends and Bank Holidays
Rate:£13.19 per hour
