Job summary

Think Community Care is a values-based healthcare agency recruiting experienced support workers to care for and empower individuals to improve their lives. You will join the day team on a shift pattern from 8am to 10pm.

Roles are permanent with 42 hours per week, including weekend work on an alternating schedule, supporting 2:1 packages in autism-supported living services. Applicants should have a minimum of 6 months UK experience as a Support Worker.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 month’s experience as a Support Worker in the UK, life experience will also be considered.
• Current DBS on the online update service would be an advantage.
• Up to date mandatory training would also be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support to individuals to empower them to live better.
• Work in the day team, 8am-10pm, delivering consistent, compassionate support.
