Job summary

Think Community Care is a values-based healthcare agency recruiting experienced support workers who share our passion to care and support individuals and to help empower them to make their own lives better. You will join the day team on shifts from 7am to 10pm, including 7am-2:30pm and 2:30pm-10pm, supporting people in autism-supported living services.

We offer permanent roles with a starting rate of £12.71–£13.20 per hour, a 42-hour week, weekend work on a 1 on 1 off rotation, and full

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 month’s experience as a Support Worker in the UK.
• Current DBS on the online update service would be an advantage.
• Up to date mandatory training would also be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• You will be part of the day team, covering shifts from 7am to 10pm (7am-2:30pm and 2:30pm-10pm).
• Provide person-centred support to individuals and help empower them to live better lives.
• Assist with activities of daily living and support 1-on-1 care packages where required.
