Within the Care in the Home division, we support clients with complex care to live independently in their own homes.
We are looking for a Live out Support Worker to support our male client who lives in Shrewsbury.
Meet the client:
Our client has suffered an acquired brain injury and requires 24-hour care. He is non-verbal and totally dependent on others for all care needs. He has a gentle nature and is easy to work with.
What you'll be doing:
This role involves supporting our client at home during day and night shifts. The support includes personal care, hygiene, peg feeds, gastrostomy, nebuliser, and oral suctioning. Full clinical training will be provided.
The ability to drive is required as public transport is unreliable in the area.
When you'll be working:
We are seeking a regular team to work permanently with our client. Shifts include days, waking nights, and sleepovers:
Full-time and part-time positions are available, Monday to Sunday.
