Ce poste permanent de 32,5 heures par semaine nécessite une collaboration étroite avec le personnel éducatif pour adapter l'enseignement et favoriser un environnement d'apprentissage inclusif. Inclusion Support Worker

The Governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Teaching Assistant to support groups of pupils and/or individuals with their learning.
The successful applicants will have very high expectations in terms of supporting pupils in order for them to reach their true potential.
We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Inclusion Support Worker to provide targeted support for pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and Special Educational Needs (SEN).Working closely with the SENDCO, DSLs, teachers, and external professionals, you will lead interventions, adapt curriculum delivery, and help overcome barriers to learning in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

The hours will be 8.30am – 3.30pm Monday to Friday including half hour lunchtime duty term time only.
