Job summary

Nurseplus UK Ltd is looking for a Support Worker to make a real difference in the lives of those in care settings. You’ll provide high‑quality support across elderly and disabled individuals, following care plans and maintaining dignity and independence.

Role offers flexible shifts (days, nights, weekends) with weekly pay and competitive rates (£13.15–£19.00 per hour). Training is provided, including NVQ pathway, and there are development opportunities and benefits such as a Blue Light Card.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Support Worker may include assisting service users with personal care, safe lifting and moving, administering medication, meal preparation, and providing general companionship. You’ll work closely with care plans to ensure individuals maintain independence and dignity, providing the physical and emotional support that they might need to achieve their goals.
