Job summary

The Avenues Trust Group in Sevenoaks is seeking caring and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our residential team, supporting adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and other needs to live as independently as possible. You will provide personalised, person-centred support, help with daily activities, attend appointments and drive service vehicles to access the local community.

A full UK driving licence is essential; we provide comprehensive training to support your long-term

£25,845 per annum (pro rata) | Full-time – 39 hours per week

About the Role

We're looking for caring and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our friendly team in Sevenoaks, supporting adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, epilepsy, communication needs and those receiving end-of-life care within a residential service.

Conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Sevenoaks railway station, the service provides personalised, person-centred support to help people live as independently as possible while achieving their goals and enjoying meaningful lives.

As part of the role, you'll support people to access appointments, activities and the local community, so you'll need a full UK driving licence and be comfortable driving our service vehicles.

What You'll Be Doing
