Job summary

Leo Recruits in Salisbury is seeking a dedicated care worker to provide person-centred support with daily living activities and personal care. You will assist individuals with mental health needs and learning disabilities, promoting independence and dignity.

The role requires administering medications safely, maintaining accurate records, following safeguarding and infection control protocols, and working closely with colleagues and health professionals.

Qualifications

• Valid Right to Work in the UK.
• Care Certificate.
• Mental Health Awareness training/certificate.
• Learning Disabilities Awareness training/certificate.
• Medication Administration training/certificate and proven competency.
• Enhanced DBS certificate with Update Service.
• Previous experience in a relevant health and social care role is preferred.
• Good communication skills and a compassionate, professional attitude.
