Job summary

Cygnet Healthcare is recruiting a Support Worker for Cygnet Lodge Salford. The role is full time, 42 hours per week across 12 hour day and night shifts, delivering care to women in a high support inpatient setting. You will support daily living, provide emotional support, and help with medical/welfare needs in a safe environment.

We seek a genuine, communicative team player who can empower service users. An enhanced DBS check is required.

Cygnet Healthcare is looking for an experiencedSupport Workerto join our team working at Cygnet Lodge Salford. Youll be workingfull time, 42 hours a week (12 hour day and night shifts),making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Lodge Salford. Cygnet Lodge Salford is a high support inpatient rehabilitation (level 2) service for women. The service supports 24 individuals with a primary diagnosis of mental illness, but they may also have a complex secondary diagnosis, including a personality disorder.

Your Day-to-Day

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our service users, patients & residents
• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical & emotional support
• Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
• Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required
• Safeguard Maintain a safe and clean environment for all
