Job summary

Jane Lewis Healthcare Recruitment in the United Kingdom is seeking experienced Support Workers to join our agency team in Rugeley. You will support people with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities and sensory impairments across local services.

You'll work across local services supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities and sensory impairments. It's an opportunity to use your skills in different settings, meet new people and help make everyday life better for those you support.

What you'll be doing:

You'll support people to live as independently as possible and enjoy the routines, relationships and activities that matter to them. Depending on the service, this could include:

• Providing practical care and support
• Helping with everyday tasks, activities and getting out into the community
• Encouraging independence, choice and social engagement
• Providing or prompting personal care when required
• Following support plans and keeping accurate records
• Some services will require complex care, additional training will be provided to support you with this.
