Job summary

Are you an experienced Support Worker looking to take the next step in your career and move into an SEN Teaching Assistant role?

Teaching Personnel is looking for compassionate, dedicated and experienced support professionals to work within SEN schools across Bolton.

If you have experience supporting children or adults with additional needs, you could have highly transferable skills that make you an excellent fit for a role in education.

What we’re looking for:
  • Experience as a Support Worker, Care Worker or in a similar support role
  • Experience working with individuals with SEN, autism, learning difficulties or complex needs
  • A patient, caring and resilient approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine passion for supporting individuals to develop and achieve their potential
  • A willingness to learn and develop within an educational environment
What you could be doing:
  • Supporting pupils with additional needs on a 1:1 or small-group basis
