Job summary

Thea Trust is recruiting a dedicated Support Worker in the UK to assist adults with learning disabilities in their daily lives, providing personal and emotional support, and helping individuals pursue personal goals and community involvement.

No prior experience is required; full, Skills for Care endorsed training is provided. The role offers a guaranteed monthly salary for full- and part-time shifts, with benefits including pension, DBS check, cycle to work, and an employee council.

This can be a fun and rewarding but also at times challenging and demanding role. You maybe be supporting people in their own home or out and about in their community. Using a person-centred approach, you will empower people with a learning disability to live the lives they choose.
