Job summary

Newcross Healthcare Solutions is recruiting experienced Support Workers in Ross-on-Wye to work in residential homes, supported living services and community care settings. If you have at least six months of paid UK care experience and want reliable work with a trusted provider, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK.
• At least six months of paid UK care experience within the last three years.
• Enhanced background check (e.g. DBS, PVG or AccessNI), or willingness to apply.
• Willing to complete additional online trainings to upskill.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A caring approach built on integrity, respect and empathy.
