Job summary

Newcross Healthcare Solutions is recruiting experienced Support Workers in Arnold to work in residential homes, supported living services and community care settings. You will deliver person-centred care, support daily routines, and provide emotional support to help individuals live with dignity and independence.

With six months of care experience, you will join a trusted provider offering flexible shifts, same-day pay, and access to ongoing training.

Qualifications

• At least six months of paid UK care experience within the last three years.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Enhanced background check (e.g. DBS, PVG or AccessNI) or willingness to apply.
• Willing to complete additional online trainings to upskill.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

About the role

Newcross Healthcare is recruiting experienced Support Workers in Arnold to work in residential homes, supported living services and community care settings.
