Newcross Healthcare Solutions is recruiting experienced Support Workers in Mansfield to work in residential homes, supported living services and community care settings. You will deliver person centred care, support daily routines and build positive relationships to promote dignity and independence.

Drivers are preferred for this location, with portable DBS fast-tracking and optional online trainings to upskill. Flexible shifts and same-day pay are available through the HealthForceGo app.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK.
• At least six months of paid UK care experience within the last three years.
• Enhanced background check (e.g. DBS, PVG or AccessNI), or willingness to apply.
• Must be willing to complete additional online trainings to upskill and unlock new opportunities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A caring approach built on integrity, respect and empathy.

About the role

Newcross Healthcare is recruiting experienced Support Workers in Mansfield to work in residential homes, supported living services and community care settings.

Due to the location of the client, drivers are preferred. Applicants using public transport are eligibly to apply if they are able to reliably commute to this location.
