Vibrance has an exciting opportunity available for a Support Worker to join our team based in Dunelm, Chadwell Heath. We currently have full-time, part-time and relief hours available. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £23,177 per annum / pro rata.

About the Support Worker role:

Dunelm is a Nursing Home for 11 service users with severe learning disabilities and complex healthcare needs. As a support worker, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals in the Chadwell Heath area. Service users require 24-hour holistic support, including accessing the community for activities.

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to support and assist tenants with their daily living skills, enabling them to develop a fulfilling and independent life.

We provide comprehensive training, a supportive team, and managers to help you succeed as a support worker.

Skills and experience of our ideal Support Worker:

• A caring, patient nature
