Mencap is seeking compassionate care staff to provide daily living support across Redruth. You will help individuals with activities at home and in the community, including health-related support for conditions like epilepsy, salt awareness, and diabetes. Driving is required for this role.
The role offers varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and operates within our 24-hour care services. DBS checks are required and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.
You will work across 2 of our services in Redruth. From assisting with daily activities at home and in the community, to providing support with epilepsy, salt and diabetes. You'll play a vital role in their life.
