Voyage Care is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for our Byards Keep service in Greylees, Sleaford. You will provide hands-on support to residents, helping them gain independence, with a focus on personal care, community involvement and daily activity planning. A compassionate, patient approach is essential.

Full-time position with shifts including mornings, afternoons and sleep-ins. Experience with Positive Behaviour Support, autism and complex needs is valued, as is reflective practice and

Typical Shifts are Mon-Sun 7.30am-2.30pm - 2.30pm-9.30pm plus sleep In Full Time

Our residential service Byards Keep in Greylees Sleaford is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities. One day you could be out with the people we support in the community, the next you could be unwinding with them playing video games, watching films or going to the cinema.

This is an amazing role for someone who is looking to really make a difference to someone's life and to help them grow in confidence and independence so that they meet their goals, whether this be making dinner by themselves or going on holiday.

We’re interested in our Support Workers having both the right experience and the right values. This is why at this service our Support Workers should be resilient, flexible and composed in their approach, have experience with following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice as well as experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex individuals with mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds and challenging behaviours.
