We’re searching for caring and passionate individuals to join our friendly and supportive team of Support Workers in our Supported Living service in Cimla, Neath. Flexible part-time permanent positions available A consistent schedule with every other weekend off Shifts typically include mornings, afternoons (8am-11pm), wakeful nights, and one sleep-in shift per week. A rewarding role where no two days are the same Due to the specific needs of the individuals we support (and current legal guidance), this role is only open to applicants who are biologically female. What is the role?

This service is home to two fun-loving, creative ladies with learning and physical disabilities. As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing their independence, supporting their daily activities, and bringing joy to their lives.

Your Role Will Include

Supporting individuals with their unique needs

Providing emotional support and companionship

Assisting with personal care, manual handling, and medication administration

Helping with household tasks and administrative duties

Being a staff advocate for non-verbal individuals

Bringing fresh ideas and innovative ways of working

Communicating with family members and external professionals

What skills and experience do you need?

While experience working with individuals with physical or mental health needs is beneficial, it’s not essential – we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support from our senior staff and management.

What are the pay and benefits?

An hourly rate of £12.75 making the annual salary £ 24,531 (FTE)
Wakeful night rate £12.15 + 20%
