Job summary

Independence Matters in Norwich is hiring Part-time Support Workers to join our Norwich Supported Living service. No experience is required as full training is provided, and the role operates on a flexible rota.

You’ll support customers with personal care, meals, daily living tasks, and activities that promote physical and emotional wellbeing while encouraging social connections. The job requires a full UK driving licence, business insurance to drive for work, and a DBS/ recruitment check.

Norwich Supported Living service. Our service provides support to customers with learning and physical disabilities within their own homes. Our customers have their own tenancies in which we support them with independent living skills and provide person-centred support for physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. If you're proactive, compassionate, and thrive in a team environment, we'd love to hear from you!

No experience? No problem! We'll provide full training to help you succeed.
