Role Criteria:
We are looking for enthusiastic Support Workers to join our team based in Peterhead. Due to the nature of the role and the rural locations, it would be preferred for the successful Support Workers to hold a UK driving license but, it is not essential.
The successful Support Workers will be focused on Person Centred Care and put the service user at the centre of all you do. The forefront of our delivery is to put the service user first and allow them to have their own independence. You will support them out in the community, going to clubs, activities, appointments and much more.
What can you expect:
Shift times are variable and sleep cover is a possibility
Our Support Workers experience variety and a huge sense of reward and achievement in their daily activities where no two days are the same and we place huge emphasis on the fact that our customers are individuals, at Mears Supported Living we feel they all deserve to be treated as such.
Role Criteria:
All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears- does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
