Are you looking for a fulfilling part-time opportunity to support people in living their lives to the fullest? Then look no further than our lovely Renfrewshire SLI service. We support people with additional support needs in their own flats located within the same building, as well as in 2 homes locally in the community, all within walking distance.

Role and Responsibilities:
As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in delivering personal care and supporting individuals in their daily activities. The successful candidates will possess a friendly and positive nature, essential for building meaningful relationships with the people we support and their families.

While prior experience in a similar role is advantageous, it is not essential as full training will be provided. We are looking for individuals committed to providing person-centered care and making a tangible difference in the lives of others.

Key Requirements:

• Ability to work evenings and weekends where required.
• Ability to deliver personal care and support individuals with complex health and social care needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with people we support and their families.
• Basic IT skills (required for all Quarriers vacancies).
• Successful candidates will need to register with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) within 3 months of their start date, where applicable.
