Our charity was founded in 1988 and we were one of the pioneers of the ‘Care in the Community’ agenda, enabling people to move out of long-stay institutions and live more fulfilling lives.

Since then, we’ve remained leaders in social care, providing bespoke support to thousands across the UK. Today, we support more than 2,600 people and employ 6,600 caring and committed colleagues across England and Scotland.

We have a proud history of breaking boundaries and are always looking for new ways to make a positive difference through bold ideas, innovative projects and impactful partnerships.

We are recruiting for a Support Worker (36 hours per week) to expand our team in Alloa. Here we support one lady and three gentlemen to live independently within their own home. Our team provide support 24 hours a day, so we are looking for flexibility to work a variety of shifts from Monday-Sunday, including some sleepovers.

The people we support have faced a lot of challenges in the past because of their learning disabilities, visual impairment and mental health issues, but this hasn’t stopped them from enjoying life!

A UK driving license would be a big plus for this role!

What We're Looking For
