Job summary

Cygnet Hospital Clifton in Nottingham is seeking a confident Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

You’ll work 43.75 hours a week in a low secure Personality Disorder service, supporting a male client group on Ancaria Ward, with pathways to Acorn Ward.

The role offers DBS checks, training, and a range of benefits including discounts and wellbeing. Successful candidates will join a multidisciplinary team delivering NICE-guided care.

Qualifications

We are looking for a confident Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

You’ll be working 43.75 hours a week in a low secure Personality Disorder service with a male client group at the Ancaria ward at Cygnet Hospital Clifton.

The treatment model we provide at Cygnet Hospital Clifton is delivered in the context of a psychologically-informed team approach, with the individual at its centre. We offer tailored multidisciplinary team (MDT) input including psychiatry, nursing, occupational therapy and social work to meet each individuals needs. Our medical interventions are informed by National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) guidelines.

The hospital is set out across two wards;Ancaria Wardis the admissions/ initial treatment ward, which offers a defined pathway through toAcorn Ward, which has a focus on rehabilitation, in preparation for moving on into the community or supported living.

Why Cygnet? We'll offer you £13.21 per/hour starting, £13.45 per/hour post probation period, and then £13.70 per/hour at 18 months.
