Your Role
Our Support Workers are our greatest asset. Through understanding the needs of the people you support, you’ll provide exceptional care that truly changes lives. A career with meaning, you’ll also have a lot of fun, too – from helping with daily tasks to amazing trips that make dreams come true.
Your Service
Main Road is a welcoming residential home split across 2 houses, giving the people who live there their own space to make their own, but with support always available when they need it. Everyone is encouraged to take the lead on their own care wherever possible, decorating and personalising their space and getting involved in decisions about how the home is run. People love to get involved planning their menus and cooking with the team.

We welcome applications from all backgrounds, and no experience is needed. You may be new to care, or already have experience in the social care sector or NHS (Mental Health Support Worker, Care Worker, Healthcare Assistant or Care Assistant). As long as you come with a person-centred approach, a caring nature, and you are able to demonstrate a commitment to working as part of a team to support disabled and autistic people – then we’re here to provide you with the training and knowledge needed to succeed.
