Cygnet is seeking a confident Support Worker for our Broadoak site in Newnham, Gloucestershire. You will deliver person-centred care to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs, working 42 hours weekly.
Responsibilities include applying a flexible learning approach, providing physical and emotional support, and reporting on welfare needs. DBS check is required; DBS clearance ensures safeguarding and safety within our teams.
