Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assist service users with personal care and daily activities.
  • Assist with safe lifting and moving as per care plans.
  • Administer medications as directed and monitor for safety.
  • Prepare meals and support with nutrition.
  • Provide companionship and support to promote independence.

What You'll Be Doing

Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Support Worker may include assisting service users with personal care, safe lifting and moving, administering medication, meal preparation, and providing general companionship. You'll work closely with care plans to ensure individuals maintain independence and dignity, providing the physical and emotional support that they might need to achieve your goals.

What We’re Looking For
  • You must be over 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK.
  • Have a minimum 6 months experience working in Care in the UK.
  • Flexibility in your availability.
  • Full UK Drivers Licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Ideally CPI/De-escalation Training.
  • A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • A clear enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration.
