National Care Group is recruiting for a Support Worker at Wellington Support in Moulton, Northampton. Join a BRAND-NEW supported living service delivering 24-hour care across 15 one-bedroom flats tailored to complex needs.

You will build trusting relationships, assist with daily tasks, personal care, and activities to empower independence. We seek caring individuals who work well in teams, show resilience, and communicate clearly.

At Wellington support we have been working closely with local authorities, and we are thrilled to welcome you to our BRAND-NEW purpose built bespoke Supported Living Service. It delivers supports across 15 one-bedroom apartments, providing 24-hour service for individuals with a wide range of complex needs. Apartments have been carefully configured to meet a variety of needs to support people now and in the future. Our supported living service provides a safe, secure and vibrant community for people with complex needs who want to live independently with personalised care designed for their needs.

The role of a National Care Group Support Worker

You will work with young adults who have complex needs. We are looking for a respectful and caring individual who can passionately support our young adults to fulfil their potential. This is a sometimes challenging role but one with huge rewards.

• You will build positive relationships with people by listening, discussing, and then planning goals and ambitions together.
• You will help to plan their daily tasks and assist with practical activities such as cooking, cleaning and running errands.
• You will assist with personal care, which may include support with eating and administering medication.
• You will help to plan and participate in any exciting days out they wish to enjoy.
• You will make a positive impact on someone's life by supporting them to become more independent wherever possible.
