AVENUES LONDON is seeking a Support Worker for our Birchington, Kent service. The role is full-time and the salary is £25,845 per annum pro rata, plus £1,200 Complexity Payment per annum pro rata.

The position requires flexibility to work a seven-day rota, with early mornings, evenings and sleep-ins; drivers are preferred due to the service location. You will support three adult brothers with learning disabilities, autism and complex behaviours, helping with daily living, community activities

You'll need to be flexible to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings and sleep-ins across a seven-day rota. Drivers are also preferred due to the location of the service and the needs of the people we are supporting.

We are recruiting Support Workers to join our team in Birchington, providing care for three adult brothers with learning disabilities, autism, and complex challenging behaviours.

Successful candidates will demonstrate quick thinking, proactivity, and genuine enthusiasm for supporting individuals across all aspects of their personal lives.

Whilst no two days are identical, typical responsibilities may include:

• Supporting individuals to engage in daily living activities, including full participation in their local community and beyond.
• Facilitating social activities and maintaining connections with family and friends.
• Assisting with financial management.
• Maintaining a clean and comfortable home environment and undertaking shopping duties.
• Providing and encouraging personal care.
