Manchester City Council seeks a RSAP Bed & Breakfast Support Worker to assist single people and families in temporary accommodation, including hotels and nightly-rate properties. You will deliver practical, person-centred support to help clients stay safe and progress toward longer-term housing.
We need caring, motivated staff with experience of supporting vulnerable people, empathy and good communication. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required; a Standard/Enhanced DBS
Working Hours: 35 Hours Per Week
Contract Type: 4 x Full-Time, Permanent
Additional Payments: Essential Car Allowance

This is a rewarding frontline role where you will work directly with customers during a challenging period in their lives. You will provide practical support, encouragement and guidance to help people feel safer, build confidence and progress towards longer-term housing.
Working with a small caseload, you will build meaningful relationships and provide responsive, person-centred support. You will be part of a supportive team, with guidance from senior colleagues and access to partner organisations such as Adult Social Care, Children’s Services, the Probation Service and the voluntary sector.
