As a Support Worker, you’ll help people, their families and carers live fulfilling, independent lives. Using a strengths-based, person-centred approach, you’ll provide support that promotes wellbeing, achieves positive outcomes and helps people reach their full potential .

Working as part of a friendly, multi-disciplinary team, you’ll build strong relationships with colleagues, professionals and community services to make sure people receive the right support to thrive in their own environment .

You’ll provide compassionate, person-centred support that promotes dignity, choice and wellbeing, while helping individuals build skills, achieve their goals and have their voices heard .

You’ll work as part of a dedicated team, communicating with individuals, families, colleagues and partner agencies to respond to changing needs and support people safely . You’ll also help welcome new team members and champion equality, inclusion and respect.

We’re looking for someone who is flexible, reliable and committed to high-quality care. You’ll need to be comfortable working across different locations and shift patterns, including weekends, bank holidays, sleep-ins and waking nights. You’ll also be supported to work towards a Level 3 qualification in Care and continue developing your skills .
