Within the Care in the Home division, we support children and young people with complex health needs to live at home with their families.

We are looking for a Support Worker at our young client's home in Louth.

Shift options:

• Days, evenings, and nights (waking & sleeping) shifts available

Role overview:

This role involves supporting a 17-year-old girl with complex health needs in her family home, which she shares with her parents, siblings, and pets.

Full training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support will be provided.
