Role Details

Our client group is varied. During recruitment, you will be assigned to work with individuals whose needs match your skills and personality. Some may have challenging behaviour, but we ensure you are supported to serve those individuals effectively. We provide industry-leading training and ongoing support to prepare you for the role.

Candidate Profile

You are caring, compassionate, and capable. Whether you are already in social care or considering entering the sector, we value personal qualities and a genuine desire to improve lives. You should be comfortable spending large parts of your day one-to-one with service users, supporting skill development, independence, and community engagement.

Minimum Requirements
  • Be willing to do weekend shifts, sleep-ins, waking nights, and bank holidays.
  • Be physically fit to support individuals who may be physically dependent.
  • Have a supportive attitude and a desire to help individuals maximize their lives.
  • Support people with diverse ways of expressing themselves.
  • Be eligible to work in the UK.

Positions Available
  • Full-time Support Worker (38 hours/week) in Lewisham, Southwark, Greenwich, or Sutton. Salary: £27,367. Holidays: 28 days/year.
  • Bank Support Worker (zero hours) in the same locations. Pay: £13.85/hour. Holidays based on hours worked.
