You will be expected to provide care at a high standard in order to help the residents and ensure that you are always there for them. Experience is preferred but not essential for this role, as the ability to demonstrate unconditional positive regard in a positive behavioural support setting is the primary factor.

The care that we provide is 24 hours 7 days a week so we do require good flexibility in being able to cover a mixture both during the week and weekends. However, we will always try to find you work according to your availability.

You will have the opportunity to undertake the responsible role of being a Support Worker/Care Assistant This will enable you to plan alongside members of the person’s circle of support to enable individuals to be happy, healthy and to be successful in achieving their wishes and aspirations. Our person centred planning meetings and processes are co-produced with the people we support and their families to promote a unified approach. Together we set meaningful and inspirational goals, which Support Workers have a particular responsibility to work towards. This will provide you with a great experience to enable you to develop skills which can underpin a successful career in adult social care.

We offer competitive hourly rates, annual leave entitlement, ongoing training, scope for permanent opportunities with some temp roles after a qualifying period.
