Camphill Community Mourne is seeking a full‑time support worker to join Mourne Grange, a 24/7 supported living setting for adults with learning disabilities. You will be part of a small house team, delivering person‑centred care with dignity and respect.
The role involves a rota including mornings, evenings, nights and weekends, with a focus on maximising independence and community inclusion. Experience with learning disabilities is valued; reliability to commute is important.

Pay Rates:
Weekdays - £13.20 per hour
Weekends - £19.80 per hour (paid at time and a half)
Working Hours:
We are looking for a full time support worker, who will be expected to engage in a rota (up to 4 weeks in advance) that will include mornings, evenings, nights and weekends.
What you'll be doing:
Supporting 58 adults who have learning disabilities and autism in a 24/7 supported living community covering over 100 acres. The emphasis is on working with our service users to maximise their independence.
You will be based in one of our 11 supported living houses as part of a team, where each house has a maximum of 6 people.
You may be asked to support in other areas of the Community, also in our therapeutic workshops.You will also be involved with supporting the social and cultural life of the Community.
No hoisting is required for this position but you'll need to provide personal care to our service users.
