Job summary

SCR is seeking passionate Children\'s Support Workers to join our flexible full-time team in Kidderminster. You will work with a caring approach to support young people, promoting emotional wellbeing and empowering their choices, rights and decisions.

The role offers flexible rota shifts including potential sleep-ins. A full UK driving licence is preferred and relevant experience is valued. Training and safeguarding procedures are a priority.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence.
• Level 3 in Health & Social Care/Children & Young People is great but not essential.
• 6 months minimum experience working in a similar setting.
• Empathetic people person who is non-judgemental and calm.
• Dedicated and committed with a “can-do” attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high standard of care as part of a team and support the Young Persons emotional wellbeing.
