Job summary

SCR is seeking passionate Childrens Support Workers to join a flexible full-time role in the UK. You will join a team delivering care and supporting the Young Persons' emotional wellbeing, helping maximise their choices, rights and decisions.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, a Level 3 qualification or equivalent, and at least 6 months experience in a similar setting. You should be empathetic, non-judgemental and have a can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence.
• Level 3 in Health & Social Care/Children & Young People is desirable but not essential.
• Minimum 6 months experience in a similar setting.
• Empathetic, non-judgemental and calm with a can-do attitude.

The successful candidate must have:

• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Level 3 in Health & Social Care/Children & Young People is great but not essential.
• 6 months minimum experience working in a similar setting
• Empathetic people person who is non-judgemental and calm
• Dedicated and committed with a “can-do” attitude

The successful applicant will be rewarded with:

• Flexible working hours on a rota basis including sleep-ins if needed.

The successful applicant will be required to undergo an enhanced disclosure from the Criminal Records Bureau.
