VP Forensic

Area: Nottingham DN40 Immingham

Male support workers needed: This post is exempt under the Equality Act 2010 due to the genuine occupational need to recruit males only because of the nature of the role.

VP Forensic is looking to expand our support team in the Immingham area DN40 to assist a gentleman with moderate/learning disabilities, traits of autism, and complex behavior. This client requires 24/7 support, with 1:1 support during the day and during sleep-in nights.

Requirements:
Must have previous experience working with clients exhibiting challenging/complex behavior.
Must be eligible to live and work in the UK (sponsorship not available).
Caring, patient, and empathetic nature.
Excellent communication skills.
Motivated to make a positive difference to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Providing high-quality, person-centered support to our clients.
• Supporting clients in working toward their personal goals.
• Assisting with daily living tasks and engaging in meaningful activities.
• Facilitating access to engaging and enjoyable community activities.
• Working under the supervision and guidance of a multidisciplinary team.
