We’re looking for genuinely caring, hands-on Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a support worker, you'll help people gain more independence in their daily lives, working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of individuals!

Our supported living service in Hoveton offers a welcoming and friendly environment where no two days are the same. You’ll be enhancing lives by teaching new skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging community access, socialising, and engaging in activities. One day you might be out in local bars and pubs; another day, unwinding with video games, watching films, or going to the cinema.

This role is ideal for someone looking to make a real difference and help individuals grow in confidence and independence, whether it's making dinner alone or going on holiday.

We value the right experience and values. Support Workers should hold a full UK driving license, be resilient, flexible, and composed, have experience following Positive Behaviour Support plans, and working with individuals with autism, brain injuries, mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours.

Why choose us?

You don’t need prior experience to be a great Support Worker—what matters is a passion for improving lives, a desire to learn, and a caring attitude.

We celebrate diversity and encourage you to Be You. With your passion, we can provide all the skills and development opportunities to build a rewarding career.

We support our staff through excellent training from induction onwards, with opportunities for promotion, progression, and job security in a sector-leading organization.

Apply today and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we support!
