Options Autism is hiring a Support Worker in the Flintshire region!

Role: Day Support Worker

Salary: Up to £28,441.92 per annum (dependant on experience/qualifications)

Hours: Full-time, Permanent (43 hours per week, 6-week rolling rota)

Location: Holywell, Flintshire, North Wales

The Location

Options Autism is recruiting for an Adult Support Worker at Options Pen Y Bryn. Our residential home provides high-quality accommodation for adults with autism, complex needs, and/or learning disabilities. This role is ideal for those interested in supporting adults with varied and complex needs.

Your work will be challenging yet rewarding. We maintain a strong safeguarding culture, ensuring individuals are listened to, respected, and involved in decisions.

The home is based in Flintshire, within commuting distance of Holywell, Ellesmere Port, Prestatyn, Chester, and surrounding areas.
