CS UK Recruitment Ltd presents a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Support Worker to join an exceptional nursing home in the Christchurch, Dorset area. You will provide compassionate care to residents, with duties spanning personal support, daily activities and companionship.

The role is permanent and full-time with shifts, paying £12.80–£13.45 per hour (monthly pay). NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent is required, and there are comprehensive inductions, DBS costs covered, and

• Ability to work well in a team and support residents.

A fantastic job opportunity has arisen for a motivated Support Worker to work in an exceptional nursing home based in the Christchurch, Dorset area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

This nursing home specialises in nursing and dementia care from a fabulous location that makes for a popular seaside retreat for individuals

To be considered for this position you must have an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent

Key Duties

• Be an essential part of the team, promoting the well-being and providing the highest quality of care to residents
• Assist with daily tasks, inclusive of all personal care assistance from supporting with personal hygiene, through to days out and companionship
• Encourage independence, well-being and supporting vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities
• Ensure accurate record keeping at all times
